麻疯树不同器官的营养分布特征 被引量:11

摘要 为了解麻疯树不同器官的养分分布状况,分别对雌雄花、花序轴及叶片内的包括N、P、K及微量元素在内的13种元素含量进行了测定分析。结果表明:不同器官内糖的含量和C/N比的大小和器官的发育阶段有关;N、P、K的含量大小依次为N>K>P,高含量的P和较高的复合营养有利于麻疯树花的形成,适合于麻疯树花的N:P:K比例约为9:1:5;高含量的Zn、Fe及高的K/Na比有助于麻疯树的花,尤其是雌花的建成;各元素间相关分析结果表明,多种元素间存在不同程度的相关性,元素间的增效或拮抗作用多在元素含量过高或过低的极限情况表现更为突出。 Thirteen kinds of elements including N,P,K and some microelements were determined in order to investigate the elements distribution in different organs including female flower,male flower,inflorescence rachis and leaf.The results show that the content of total sugar and the C/N ratio were related with the development phase of organs.The content of N was larger more than that of P and the content of K was the least.High content of P and compound nutrition were beneficial to form flower.The adaptive N:P:K proportion for growth of Jatropha curcas flower was about 9:1:5,which was advantageous to form flower especially female flower,and high content of Zn、Fe and K/Na ratio also had the same action.Correlation analysis shows that the elements had relationships each other at different degree.Synergy and rivalry between different elements were more obvious in the limiting case of higher or lower element content.
