Orem自理模式在社会福利养老机构中的应用

Application of Orem self-care mode in organizations for social welfares

目的探讨Orem自理模式在社会福利养老机构老年患者中的应用。方法对32例残障老年患者进行Orem自理模式干预,观察干预前后患者基本日常生活运动能力(basic activity of daily living,BADL)、对护理工作满意度及并发症发生情况。结果干预后患者BADL、对护理工作满意度及并发症发生率均优于干预前,前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在社会福利养老机构中开展Orem自理模式,可提高老年患者自理能力,从而提高患者BADL,减少并发症发生,提高患者对护理工作满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Orem self-care mode on disabled elderly patients in organizations for social welfares. Methods 32 disabled elderly patients received intervention of Orem self-care mode. The difference of basic activity daily living （BADL）, the satisfaction with nursing service and the incidence of complications were compared between pre- and post-application of Orem self-care mode. Result After the intervention, the BADL and the satisfaction with nursing service were significantly improved and the incidence of complications was significantly lowered, compared with the pre-intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Orem self-care mode for disabled elderly patients in social welfare organizations can improve self-care ability, BADL and nursing satisfaction and reduce complications. It is worth promoting clinically.
