个案护理管理在促进代谢综合征患者建立健康生活方式中的作用

Effect of case nursing management on unhealthy life style of patients with metabolic syndrome

目的探讨个案护理管理在促进代谢综合征患者建立健康生活方式中的作用效果。方法将120例代谢综合征患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各60例,两组患者均接受常规护理和随访,试验组在此基础上进行个案护理管理。分别在患者出院前和出院后1个月、3个月和6个月评价患者的生活方式及监测其各项代谢指标的变化。结果个案护理管理后,试验组患者在情绪、饮食结构、规律运动和及其代谢指标包括血糖、胆固醇、血脂、高密度脂蛋白、体重、体重指数、血压等均较对照组明显改善(均P<0.05)。结论个案护理管理在促进代谢综合征患者建立健康生活方式,改善代谢指标,预防疾病的发生方面具有积极的意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of case nursing management on the life style of patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods 120 metabolic syndrome patients were randomly selected as the experiment group and control group in equally number. Case nursing management was carried out according to health control modes in the experiment group, and conventional care and follow-up were carried out in the control group. The life style as well as the metabolism indexes were recorded at pre-discharge and months 1, 3 and 6 and after discharge. Results The life style and metabolism indexes between the experiment group and control group presented no significant differences （for all, P 〉 0.05）. After 6 months of care nursing management, those in the experiment group had significant improvements in emotion, diet, physical exercise as well as the metabolism indexes like blood sugar, cholesterin, blood fat, HDL, BW and BP （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Case nursing management can improve life style as well as metabolism indexes.
