公共场所卫生监督中存在的问题及对策

本文对公共场所法规、规范滞后、执法主体不存在、缺乏相关条款、卫生设施不健全、卫生管理不平衡等问题进行阐述,并对此提出完善卫生法规规范、进一步与其他法律、法规相衔接、明确内部交叉监督问题、督促卫生设施的措施。

In this article,we explored the problems of regulations,standards lag,no law enforce body,lack of relevant clauses,inadequate health facilities and unbalance health management in public places,then proposed some measures about improved the sanitary legislation,further engagement other laws and regulations,clear internal cross supervision,supervise the sanitation measures.
