Determination of trace mercury in seafood by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion

摘要 目的建立微波消解-氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定海产品中痕量汞的方法。方法采用微波消解法对几种常见海产品进行前处理,用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定海产品中痕量汞。结果微波消解过程中,选择硝酸+双氧水消解试剂,汞在浓度0~10μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9 992,检出限为0.02μg/L,测定汞1.0μg/L标准溶液RSD为1.88%。测定国家标准物质对虾(GBW08572)RSD为2.5%,且测定结果与标准含量一致。结论该方法简便快速、准确灵敏,适合于海产品中痕量汞的测定。 Objective To establish a method for determination of trace mercury in seafood by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion.Method Adopting microwave digestion methods to pretreatment the seafood and using hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determinate the trace mercury in it.Results When using nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide reagent as acid digestion reagent in the digestion process,linear correlation showed good when mercury at the range of 0 to 10μg/L and with coefficient correlation of 0.9992,the detection limit was 0.02μg/L.The standard solution RSD was 1.88% for determination mercury at 1.0μg/L.The RSD of national standards prawn were 2.5% and determination results were good agreement with standards.Conclusions This method was convenient,rapid and sensitive,it was suit for determination the trace mercury in seafood.
