本文介绍一种依据HBT(氢呼吸试验)原理和方法研制的新型胃肠病诊断仪器。该仪器采用Pa-MOS FET氢敏器件进行检测,其内部设有自动进样系统、恒温控制及矫直电路等,以保证测量的精度。该仪器同传统的诊断法及气相色谱法比较具有快速、灵敏、简便、特异性高、适于群体检查等优点。

Based on the principles and the method of hydrogen breath test (HBT), a new type of instrument for diagnosing the gut diseases has been developed. It uses a Pa-MOS FET hydrogen transducer and the precision of the measurement is ensured by an autosampling system and the temperature control and corrective circuits. Compared with gas chromatography and other methods the H_2 breath test is more sensitive, easy to operate and the test result can be immediately displayed. Hence, it is especially suitable for population survey.
