情感因素与女性围绝经期抑郁发生的相关性分析

The Correlation between Emotional Factor and Depression Happened in Menopausal Women

探讨女性围绝经期抑郁发生情况及其情感因素对其发生的影响。在全国22个省市随机选取45岁～55岁女性进行问卷调查。结果发现在1 060名围绝经期女性中,可疑抑郁发生率为12.6%,肯定抑郁发生率为23.3%,丧偶、婚姻关系不好、与邻里、同事关系不好等是围绝经期抑郁发生的危险因素,与子女、亲属关系良好是保护因素。情感因素影响围绝经期女性抑郁的发生。

To explore the correlation between emotional factor and depression happened in menopausal women. In 22 city and countryside,random sampled questionnaire survey menopausal women age 44-45 years old. Among 1 060 menopausal women, 23.3 % people had depression, bad relationship in marriage, neighborhood and colleagues Depression was the risk factor in menopausal women and good relationship with children, family was protection factor. Emotional factor affected depression happened in menopausal women.
