介入放射学科发展模式探索

Prospects for Development of Interventional Radiology

近年来介入放射学因其微创有效倍受医界重视,但目前尚无统一的学科发展模式。本文将当今我国介入学科归纳概括为3种发展模式:即经典模式、创新模式和探索模式;并以华西医院介入学科建设为例探索今后的学科发展。我国介入学科不应拘泥某一种发展模式,而应鼓励疾病介入诊疗专业化、融合不同学科优势、适合于学科发展和人才培养的多种模式共同发展。

In the past decade, interventional radiology has gained great attention in field of medicine for its minimally inva- siveness and therapeutic efficacy, However, there is no worldwide consensus on a model for the development of interven- tional radiology. This article will review the 3 main development models for interventional radiology which are current be- ing adopted healthcare facilities in China today, including classic model, innovative model, and prospective model. In addi tion, this article will also use West China Hospital as an example and discuss the prospects for the development of inter- ventional radiology. Interventional radiology in China should not under value prospective development models, and should encourage models which are developed to focus on the treatment for a certain type of disease, a model which will combining the advantages from physicians of different specialty, and finally, a model which will promote the development of Interven tional radiology in China and its doctors.
