摘要
本文以32例正常人体颈部皮肤的活检标本,通过计算机图象分析的方法及统计学处理,证明皮肤微血管随年龄增长而明显减少。比较明显的减少发生于20岁以后。并且观察到这种变化与皮肤的衰老有密切的联系。
Microvascular changes in 32 biopsies of normal human skin were observed using electronic computer image analysis. Statistical analysis showed a decrease in microvasculature with increase of age, with significant decreases appearing at ages≥20, suggesting that the changes are closely related to aging of human skin.
