摘要
本文作者用遗传性听源性惊厥易感的P77PMC大鼠,研究了CCK-8对大鼠听源性惊厥发作,大脑皮质突触体和发育中的培养神经细胞GABA释放的影响。结果发现CCK-8可对抗大鼠听源性惊厥发作,促进GABA释放。P77PMC大鼠对CCK-8促GABA释放作用更敏感,提示P77PMC大鼠脑内CCK-8系统可能有内在发育缺陷。
Using genetic audiogenic seizure susceptible P 77 PMC rats, we studied the potential efffects of CCK-8 on genetic seizure susceptibility and its mechanism at different levels. The results showed that CCK-8 could antagonize genetic audiogenic seizures and facilitate GABA release from synaptosomes and culture neurons of cerebral cortex, but the facilitation in P 77 PMC rats seemed to be more obvious, implying the possibility that there might be some developmental imperfection in GABA system and CCK-8 modulation in P 77 PMC rat brain.
