摘要
目的应用循证护理理论为高血压病患者探讨科学的、经济的、有效的健康教育方法。方法选择2010年3~8月在湛江市赤坎区某社区高血压筛查中发现的高血压病患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,应用循证护理理论对观察组进行个性化健康教育,对照组采用常规的健康教育方法。结果两组患者在对疾病的认识、身体锻炼、监测血压、生活方式改变、血压控制等方面差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应用循证护理理论对高血压患者进行健康教育,可使患者自我保健意识增强,有效地改变生活方式,自觉应用科学的方法控制血压,提高血压控制达标率。
Objective To explore a scientific, economic, effective health education method for patients with hypertension by using evidence - based health care theory. Methods Ninety - six patients with hypertension were selected and divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group. Observation group was given personalized health education by use of evidence -based nursing theory, while control group was given conventional health education. Results There were significant differences between two groups in the cognition of diseases, physical exercises, monitoring blood pressure, lifestyle change and blood pressure control etc. Conclusions The evidence - based health nursing can help patients enhance their awareness of self- care, change their lifestyle effectively, use scientific method to control blood pressure consciously so as to improve the compliance rate of blood pressure control.
