护理干预对妊娠高血压分娩结局的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on pregnant outcomes of patients with pregnancy -induced hypertension

目的探讨护理干预对妊娠高血压患者分娩结局的影响。方法以110例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组各55例，对照组患者给予常规护理方法，实验组在此基础上加强护理干预，实施综合护理方法。比较两组患者的妊娠结局。结果实验组患者发生早产、产后出血、胎盘早剥及剖宫产例数明显少于对照组患者，P〈0．05；实验组患者胎儿Apgar评分高，发生胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息及围生儿死亡例数少，与对照组患者比较，P〈0．05，差异有统计学意义。结论加强护理干预，采取正确及时的护理措施，是改善妊娠高血压患者的分娩结局，减少母婴并发症的关键。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on pregnant outcomes of patients with pregnancy - induced hyper- tension. Methods Totaled of 110 patients with pregnancy -induced hypertension were randomly divided into control group and experimental groups, 55 cases were in each group. Control group was taken routine nursing, experimental group was adopted comprehensive nursing meth- ods on basis of routine nursing. Pregnancy outcomes of two groups were compared. Results The number of patients with premature labor, postpartum hemorrhage, placental abruption and cesarean in experimental group were significantly less than those in control groupP 〈 0. 05. In experimental group, fetal Apgar score was high, the number of cases who suffered from fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia and perinatal child death was less compared with control group, P 〈 0. 05, there were significant differences. Conclusions Strengthening the nursing intervention, right and timely , nursing measures can improve pregnant outcomes of patients with pregnancy - induced hypertension, reduce the complications of maternal and infant.
