摘要
目的探讨急诊急救患者的护理风险管理,降低护理差错事故的发生。方法识别和评估临床急诊急救患者的护理风险,制定和完善急诊急救患者护理风险防范制度,针对重点环节落实急诊急救患者护理风险防范措施,对比风险管理前后护理缺陷、投诉的变化。结果急诊急救工作护理缺陷和护理投诉的发生率下降。结论加强对临床急诊急救患者的护理风险管理,对预防护理缺陷的发生,减少护理投诉起到了重要的作用。
Objective To study the management of nursing risks for patients with emergency treatment and decrease the occurrence of nursing mistakes. Methods The nursing risks were recognized and evaluated . The preventive procedures of nursing risks were made and improved. Results The incidence rates of nursing defects and complaints to nursing service were declined ( P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusions Strengthening the management of nursing risks plays a key role in preventing nursing defects and diminishing complaints to nursing service.
