摘要 本文通过研究发现:燃煤电厂采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫产生的脱硫废水中,脱硫废水处理设施出口Hg、As都有超过《污水综合排放标准》的现象,且As有的超标近8倍之多;氧化铝厂"赤泥"堆场的回水As高达4.4mg/L,明显超过了0.5mg/L的排放标准,有的回水Pb、Cd也超标,且地下水中As的含量有升高趋势;铅、锌冶炼项目污水处理站排水pH、Pb、Zn、As都有超标,而环评和批复中均未对这类重金属的治理和排放提出要求。在重金属采样分析中发现,由于未对全程序空白有效的扣除,导致监测结果远远超标,通过物料核算,即使全部排放也没有如此高的浓度。因此,必须注意空白的扣除,并认真实施全程序质量控制,以确保监测数据的准确。 Coal-fired power plants using FGD,will have the desulfurization wastewater,sewage treatment facilities in the export of arsenic,mercury higher than the standard,and some arsenic exceeds the standard limit of 8 times;Alumina plant red mud yard back into the water arsenic content up to 4.4mg/l,significantly more than the standard.Some back water of lead,cadmium also exceeded the standard,and Lead content in groundwater is on the increase;Lead and Zinc smelting projects in the waste water sewage treatment plant,pH,Pb,Zn,As are more than the standard.Environmental impact report and approved environmental impact statement,are not made of heavy metal pollution control requirements.Found in the sampling and analysis of heavy metals,because of the whole procedure blank is not less,the result is far more than the standard.Through the material balance,even if all emissions,would not be such a high concentration.Therefore,we must pay attention to the deduction of the blank,and conscientiously implement all quality control procedures,to ensure effective monitoring data.
