摘要
在低温低浊水(T<10℃,浊度<40 NTU)处理中,采用常规处理流程难以达到理想效果。实验采用铁氧体(Fe3O4)配合聚合氯化铝(PAC)进行低温低浊水的实验研究。通过混凝沉淀烧杯实验,比较两者投加量对其处理效果的影响,实验结果表明PAC为30 mg/L,Fe3O4为0.004 mg时为最佳投药量。采用混凝沉淀过滤的常规处理工艺,并保证适当的混凝搅拌强度。
During the low turbidity and low temperature water(T10℃,turbidity40 NTU) treatment,the effect of conventional process was unsatisfactory.In this experiment ferrite(Fe3O4) combination with polyaluminum chloride(PAC) was adopted to treat the low temperature and low turbidity water.Through the beaker experiment of coagulation and precipitation,comparing the consequence of the different dosage,the experimental results showed that the best dosage of PAC was 30 mg/L,Fe3O4 was 0.004 mg/L.The conventional process consist of coagulation,precipitation,filtration was selected as the main treatment unit and proper coagulation stir intensity should be emphasized during the operation.
