牛磺酸对肉仔鸡免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:5

Effects of taurine on broiler immune organ index function and antioxidative ability

摘要 试验选用1日龄艾维茵肉鸡360羽,采用单因子随机设计,分成4组,每组5个重复,空白对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组和试验3组分别在基础日粮上添加0.05%、0.10%和0.15%牛磺酸。试验期42d,探讨牛磺酸对肉仔鸡免疫机能和抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比,3周龄时试验各组脾脏指数和胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05),6周龄时试验2组和试验3组IgA和IgG的含量显著提高(P<0.05),3周龄时试验2组的血清SOD和肝脏SOD活性均显著提高(P<0.05),血清MDA和肝脏MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论,添加牛磺酸能提高肉鸡的免疫机能和机体抗氧化能力,且0.1%的牛磺酸添加效果最好。 The experiment was conducted to study effects of taurine supplements on broiler immune organ index function and antioxidative ability, three hundred and fixty 1-day-old chicks were divided into 4 groups repectively with 5 replicates per group,these groups were fed basal diet with 0%(control group), 0.05%, 0.1% and 0.15% taurine, the experiment lasted for 42 days, the results showed that compared to the control group,thymus index and spleen index in group 1, 2 and 3 at three weeks increased significantly (P 〈 0.05), IgA and IgG in group 1, 2 and 3 increased at six weeks significantly (P 〈 0.05), at three weeks, SOD of serum and liver in group 2 increased significantly (P 〈 0.05), MDA of serum and liver in group 2 at three weeks decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05), the results indicated that adding dietary taunine to the diet could improve immune function and antioxidative ability of broilers, it was the optimal effect when the supplementary amount of taurine was 0.1%.
