嵌合式临床路径信息系统的本土化设计与实践

The Local Design and Practice of Embedded Type Clinical Pathway Information System

临床路径信息化管理是建设数字化医院的必然趋势。新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院是卫生部首批临床路径试点医院,按照本土化原则,设计与HIS系统集成一体的嵌合式临床路径管理信息系统并运用临床,实现医院相关信息平台的网络化连接。介绍了该系统的设计思路、实现过程、操作步骤、主要功能、应用成效及经济指标的评价,以达到借助信息化手段推动临床路径规范化、标准化、精细化管理的目的。

Clinical pathway information management is the inevitable tendency of digital hospital construction. The People＇s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is the first pilot hospital of clinical pathway management by Ministry of Public health. We designed embedded type clinical pathway information system integrate with HIS system according to the principle of localization and applied to clinical practice, realizing the network connection of hospital information platform. The paper introduced the system of the design thinking, the implement process, the operate procedures, the main function, the application effect and economic index evaluation, so as to promote normalization, standardization, refinement management of clinical pathway by the information means.
