摘要
任何事物都是发展变化的,但"变"中亦有"常"。相对于人才培养模式来说,其发展变化中的"常"量就是人文关怀。当前人才培养中所存在的问题,归根结蒂是人文关怀这一"常"量的缺失,因此必须在培养目标、专业设置、课程体系、培养途径与方式、教学运行和组织机制、人才培养评价等几大构成要素中水乳交融地汇入人文关怀,才能培养出合格的人才来。
Everything is changing, but there is "regularity" in the "change". With regard to the personnel training mode, the "regularity" in its development and changes lies in the humanistic concern. In the final a- nalysis, the problems in the current personnel training, are the lack of "regularity", the humanistic concern. In order to train qualified personnel, the humanistic concern must permeate the constituent elements of the personnel training mode, such as training objectives, professional settings, curriculum system, training ways and means, teaching operation and organizational mechanisms, and training evaluation.
