长株潭城市群核心区的空间组合特征与整合路径

Spatial Combination Characteristics and Conformity Way of the Key District of Chang-Zhu-Tan Metropolitan Area

本文从空间布局、交通指向、等级结构、空间联系等方面入手，对长株潭城市群核心区城镇空间组合状况进行系统分析。结果表明，首位城市集聚规模不够，位序一规模分布不合理问题尤为突出，呈现明显的图层结构分异。都市图内经济联系强度分布差异很大，长沙县接受长沙市区经济辐射量占辐射总量的比重过高，导致其他县市所接受的经济辐射太少，株洲、湘潭市区对于自身城市内部的重要城镇辐射强度很薄弱，不利于都市圈内区域经济整体水平的提高。依据长株潭城市群核心区自身发展特色，应重视核心城市的建设和城镇化密集区的发展，同时打造长株潭市区三大城镇经济辐射图，通过区域协作实现整个区域的协调发展。

The spatial combination characters of cities and towns of the key district of Chang-Zhu- Tan metropolitan area are analyzed in this study from the impedimental factors of spatial distribution, traffic direction, hierarchical structure and spatial relation. The result shows primate city is of weak pulling effect, rank-size distribution is unreasonable, and sphere layers characteristics of spatial distribution of cities and towns are apparent. Economic relation intensity distribution of the studied metropolitan region is of great difference, the acceptability of cities around the core region for Changsha county is too strong, economic radiating power of Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city for internal towns is greatly weak, which blocks the improvement of regional economy. According to the development feature of the key district of Chang-Zhu- Tan metropolitan area, the studied district should strive for construction of core city and concentrated regions, the three major economic circle layers based on centre in Chang-Zhu-Tan Cities should be constructed, and harmonious development of the whole region should be promoted by regional cooperation.
