摘要
通过用专业逆向工程软件Imageware对发动机增压叶轮进行逆向建模研究发现,可用投影法和旋转叠加法将规律的叶片点云和叶轮回转面点云处理成相切圆弧线,并以线构面,同时,通过误差分析控制所构曲面充分逼近实物数据,再将Imageware与UG结合构建实物三维模型.
By reverse engineering of Imageware, a professional software, reversal design the supercharger impeller, we can construct point cloud of law surface to tangent arc line with projection method and rotational superposition method, of law surface, then construct surface in line. At the same time, we can control the surface to approach to the entity by error analysis. Then we can combine Imageware and UG to construct 3D Model of the entity.
