冬虫夏草及其混淆品亚香棒虫草的鉴别

Comparison Identification on Cordyceps sinensis(Berk)Sacc. and Cordyceps hawkesii Gray

目的 :比较鉴别冬虫夏草与亚香棒虫草。方法 :对冬虫夏草、亚香棒虫草的外观性状、显微鉴别、紫外吸收、纸层析等进行了鉴别研究。结果 :冬虫夏草与亚香棒虫草的外观性状、显微鉴别、紫外吸收有明显差异 ,纸层析没有差异。结论 :亚香棒虫草不能混充冬虫夏草入药 。

OBJECTIVE:To compare and identify Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps hawkesii.METHOD:Identifying and studying the Cordyceps sinensis from its Corduceps hawkesii by their shapes and properties,mocroscopic identification,UV absorption,paper chromatography.RESULTS:Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps hawkesii have made significant differences in their shapes and propereies,microscopic identification,UV absorption.But there are no differences between their paper chromatography.CONCLUSIONS:Cordyceps hawkesii can't be used as medicine instead of Cordyceps sinensis.
