摘要
目的 :考察不同条件下天麻素的溶出情况。方法 :用正交设计法和多重比较法对天麻中天麻素的提取工艺进行优选。结果 :确定了适宜的提取溶媒、提取时间、次数、浸泡时间和乙醇浓度等诸因素。结论 :天麻中天麻素的最佳提取工艺条件为 70 %乙醇回流提取 2 h。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the dissolving of Gastrodin in different conditions.METHODS:The optimum extraction process of Gastrodin from Gastrodia eleta BL.was carried out through orthogonal and multiple comparative law.RESULTS:Suitable solvent of extraction,extract time and times,immersion time and alcoho l consitency were determined.CONCLUSION: The best optimum extraction conditions was that alcohol (consistency70%)and extracted for two hours in no need of immession.
