血清睾酮、游离睾酮、双氢睾酮浓度与男性年龄关系的研究

Study of serum testosterone,free testosterone,dihydrotestosterone concentrations related with age in men

为研究T ,FT ,DHT水平与年龄之间的关系以指导临床工作 ,我们随机选择了 6 0 2例男性 ,排除了 (1)使用性激素者 ;(2 )性腺或肾上腺机能异常者 ;(3)严重疾病者。采用放射免疫法测定血清T、FT、DHT浓度。结果提示 :从整体上看 ,随着年龄的增长 ,T、FT、DHT呈逐渐下降 ,即年龄与T、FT、DHT分别呈负相关性关系 (P <0 .0 1) ,但降低程度存在个体差异。年龄段的数据和血清中T、FT、DHT浓度与年龄的相关性在生理上和病理上都是有价值的 ,这个结果能指导临床工作。

To investigate the possible relationship between serum levels of testosterone (T)、free testosterone (FT)、dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and age,a total of 602 men with 14 to 92 years old was randomly chosen,exclude:(1) having taken sex hormone,(2) hypogonadia or adrenal gland dysfunction,(3) serious internal disease.The results showed that androgen levels declined grodually with aging;There was great variability in degree among individual concentrations of serum T、FT、DHT there was a negative correlation between them.It is of value in physiology and pathology.This result may be used to guide clinical works.
