保留阴茎的阴茎癌光敏动力疗法配合Na:YAG激光治疗

Treatment of carcinoma of penis with PDT and Na:YAG laser

本文总结光敏动力疗法配合Na :YAG激光治疗阴茎癌的体会 ,对本院 1987年 7月～ 1997年 7月收治的 16例阴茎癌进行回顾性分析。 16例均经病理证实为鳞状上皮细胞癌 ,静滴HPD后 48h ,先以Na :YAG激光切割凝固汽化肿瘤 ,再用氩离子泵染料激光辐射。结果全部病例呈完全效应 ,肿瘤完全消失 ,随访中Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级各 2例一年内复发 ,再次PDT配合Na :YAG治疗 ,其中Ⅲ级 2例 ,因反复发作转手术治疗。光敏动力疗法配合Na :YAG激光治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ级阴茎癌效果满意 ,方法简便 ,免去手术给病人带来的痛苦和诸多不便。

Sixteen cases of the carcinoma of penis,which were proved to be squamous epithelial carcinoma by biopsy,were treated by PDT and Na:YAG laser.HPD was given at 48 hours prior irradiation.All visible tumors were firstly removed by Na:YAG,then irradiated by argon pumped dye laser (APDL).The total effective rate was 100%.All of tumors disappeared completely except two recurrences after 1year.
