随着社会主义经济体制制度的不断完善,人们的生活水平发生了翻天覆地的变化。新时代的背景下,党中央国务院提出了大力扶持和开发西部地区的重大战略目标。"十一五"期间,新疆维吾尔自治区农业产业化经营认真贯彻和落实了党中央国务院的方针政策,围绕农民就业增收项目目标进行了一系列的改革举措。本文结合个人多年实践工作经验,就新疆现代农业产业化发展思路展开探讨,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用。
