甘肃省高等学校本科专业结构现状、问题及对策研究

Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Undergraduate Specialty Structure of Colleges and Universities in Gansu Province

调整高等学校学科专业结构,适应经济和社会发展要求,满足社会对人才的需求,是高等教育改革的重要工作之一。甘肃省14所本科院校专业种类比较齐全,专业覆盖面较宽;基础学科专业实力较强,应用学科专业发展较快;新兴学科专业得到了初步的发展。但专业设置方面还存在着明显的不足:专业结构与行业需求脱节;专业设置存在盲目性和随意性;热门专业重复设置;专业结构缺乏区域特色;与新兴产业相关的专业布点较少。为此,学科专业结构调整需要政府加强宏观调控,确保专业的良性运行;各类高校应准确定位,面向社会需求调整专业结构布局;构建社会广泛参与专业建设的机制,加快专业的协调发展。

Adjusting the specialty structure in colleges and universities, adapting to the needs of economic and social development, satisfying the social requirements of talents is one of the important work of higher education reform. The categories of specialties in 14 undergraduate universities in Gansu province is relatively complete and wide Coverage, specialties with basic disciplines are strong, specialties with applied disciplines develop faster, and specialties with emerging disciplines get a preliminary development. However, there are still some obvious shortages in specialties disjunction of specialty structure and industrial needs, blindness and randomness of specialty, repeated settings of popular specialties, specialty structure lack of regional features, less distributes points of specialties with new industry. Therefore, adjusting the specialty structure need government strengthen macro-control policy to ensure the good operation of specialties, colleges and universities should locate accurately to adjust the specialties according to the social needs, and it also constructs the system with social participation in specialty construction to fasten the balanced development of specialties.
