近期卫生部颁布的《抗菌药物临床应用管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)为我国临床抗菌药物合理使用提供了法制保障,是我国医疗机构抗菌药物合理使用的纲领性文件。《办法》既包括行政管理,也包含技术指导;既有国外成功经验,也有国内管理体系的延续。《办法》的颁布符合临床需求,也是对国际社会关于控制耐药呼吁的回应,对医疗机构规范抗菌药物使用、遏制细菌耐药必将发挥极其重要的作用。本文就《办法》相关情况作一详细介绍。

Regulations for clinical application of antibacterial agents issued recently by the Ministry of Health provide a legal guarantee for the rational use of antibacterial agents in China.They serve as a programmatic document for the rational use of antibacterial agents for domestic medical institutions.The Regulations are composed of issues of administrative management,technical instructions,successful experiences of foreign countries and domestic administrative system.The Regulation promulgation complies with the clinical requirements and responds to the call from international communities for the drug resistance control.It will play an important role in the standardization of the use of antibacterial agents in medical institutions and the containment of bacterial resistance.This article gave a detailed introduction of the related issues of the Regulations.
