For the effective control of bacterial resistance and ensure the quality and safety of medical treatment,it is of key importance to strengthen the medical institutions＇ management of clinical application of antibacterial agents and promote their rational use.The management and quality control of medical treatment should be implemented in different links in the application of antibacterial agents.The following measures should be taken including establishing and perfecting the managerial organization and system for rational use of antibacterials,strengthening the monitoring,supervision and feedback of the use of antibacterials,conducting medical personnel training and antibacterials classification management,tightening up the testing of pathogenic microorganisms,setting up the warning mechanism for clinical application of antibacterial agents,and improving the management for the prevention application of antibacterials during perioperative period,and so on.
