抗菌药物不良反应、相互作用与用药安全

The Adverse Reactions,Drug Interactions and Medication Safety of Antibacterial Agents

抗菌药物临床应用非常广泛,对患者感染性疾病的治疗起到了非常重要的作用,但同时对患者的健康也造成了极大的损害。虽然抗菌药物的不良反应不属于不合理用药的范畴,但不合理用药可以提高不良反应的发生率,而严重的药品不良反应常与药物相互作用有关。为进一步提高抗菌药物临床应用的合理性,减少不良反应对患者造成的危害,本文综述了抗菌药物常见的不良反应,并阐述了药品不良反应的影响因素。

Antibacterial agents have been widely used in clinics,which have played a very important role in the treatment of patients with infectious diseases but also impaired the health of the patients.Although the adverse reactions of antibacterial agents are mostly the common drug reactions and do not belong to the irrational use of drugs,the irrational use of antibacterial agents can increase the incidence of adverse reactions and serious adverse drug reactions are often associated with drug interaction.In order to further improve the rationality of the clinical use of antibacterials and reduce the harm caused by the adverse reactions to patients,this article summarized the common adverse reactions of antimicrobial agents and described influencing factors of adverse drug reactions.
