医院感染作为全球性问题,给患者和公共卫生带来了沉重负担。医院感染尤其是外源性交叉感染是可以预防的,即使是内源性医院感染,也可以通过预防减少。预防与控制医院感染的管理措施包括:建立医院感染管理组织,明确医院感染管理岗位责任制;切实执行医院感染预防与控制措施;落实人员培训,提高感染预防意识。良好的医院感染管理可预防感染,阻止感染的传播,在预防耐药细菌感染中具有重要作用。

Hospital infection, as a world problem,brings heavy burdens to patients and public health. However, hospital infection especially extragenous cross infection is preventable. Even nosocomial infection can be induced by means of prevention. The approaches for prevention and control include ：to establish organizations for the management of hospital infection, to make clear the working responsibility of each post, to implement the prevention and control measures strictly, to conduct personnel trainings and strengthen the awareness of infection prevention. Sound management can prevent the hospital infection, stop the spread of infection and play an important role in preventing the infections caused by resistant bacteria.
