摘要
采用光镜和透射电镜对异盘并殖吸虫成虫的结构和超微结构进行了观察。光镜下异盘并殖吸虫成虫体壁由外皮层、肌层、合体细胞和实质组织组成 ;肠上皮细胞为单层柱状。透射电镜下外皮层表面呈指状突起 ,基质中含大量球形和杆状分泌体及少量线粒体 ;基质膜平整 ;合体细胞核呈星形突起 ,胞浆中含大量粗面内质网 ;平滑肌纤维排列整齐 ;肠上皮细胞浆中含大量粗面内质网、线粒体和分泌体 ,表面片层丰富 ;排泄系统由焰细胞、毛细管。
The structure and ultrastructure of adult of Paragonimus heterotremus were observed by light microscope and transmission electron microscope(TEM). The light microscope showed that the body wall of the worms consisted of outer tegument, muscular layer, tegumental cells and parenchyma; the gut epithelia consisted of single columnar epithelial cells. TEM showed that the surface of the tegument was much of finger like cytoplasmic projections, the matrix of the tegument included many spherical and rod like secretory bodies and a few mitochondria; the basal plasma membrane was level,smooth and flawless;the nuclei of the tegumental cells was star like projection, and the cytoplasm of the tegumental cell included much rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER);the fibres of the smooth muscle arranged neatly; the cytoplasm of the gut epithelium included a number of RER, mitochondria and secretory bodies with a lot of lamellae in its surface. The excretory system consisted of flame cells, capillaries, gather tubes and excretory sac(Fig.1-12,see insert Ⅱ,Ⅲ).
