理伤消肿口服液的薄层色谱鉴别和人参皂甙Rg_1的含量测定

Qualitative Identification of Lishang Xiaozhong Oral Liquid by TLC and Quantitative Determination of Ginsenoside Rg 1

采用TLC法对理伤消肿口服液中三七、赤芍、当归、金银花及延胡索进行了定性鉴别 ;用薄层扫描法测定三七中人参皂甙Rg1含量。人参皂甙Rg1在 1 .2～ 6.0 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为98.1 3 % ,RSD为 1 .2 4 %

In this study,Radix notoginseng, Radix paeoniae rubra, Radix angelicae sinensis, Flos lonicerae, and Rhizoma corydalis in Lishang Xiaozhong Oral Liquid were identified qualitatively by thin-layer chromatography,and the content of Ginsenoside Rg 1 was determined by TLC scanner. A good linearity was shown at the concentration of 1.2 to 6.0 μg of Ginsenoside Rg 1.The average recovery rate was 98.13% and RSD was 1.24 %.
