On Ecological Environment and Poets' Mentality of Tang and Song Dynasty in Western Region of Guangxi

广西在唐宋时期又称粤西。粤西生态环境中既有地理位置偏远、气候炎热、多瘴气等负面因素,也有山拔水清、洞奇石美、物产资源丰富等正面因素。其对诗人心态的影响可大致概括为沦落心态、忧惧心态、喜山悦水心态、乐游心态等,诗人的不同心态折射在风格各异的诗歌作品当中。

Yuexi, the western region of Guangxi is an ancient name of Guangxi in Tang and Song dynasty. It＇ s a place in one hand that it was isolated in geography, hot in climate, excessive with Miasma, but in other hand, it was a place with picturesque sceneries and rich in natural resources. The ecological environment of Yuexi affected the mentality of poets which having expressed in their works as lowing down in moods, worrying in minds while at the same time being pleased with beautiful sceneries and enjoying in traveling all around.
