摘要
在院系二级教学管理模式下,探讨高职院校二级教学管理考核指标体系的构建,以期通过目标管理考核来调动教学系(部)教学工作管理的积极性和主动性,提高教学管理效率和效果。
In the model of college - department -- the two stage teaching management, this paper explores the evaluation indicator system construction of the two - stage teaching management in vocational colleges, aiming to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of teaching management in departments and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching management.
