数字化变电站的推广实施,贯穿了变电站的制造、设计、工程、管理等各个环节,变电站SCL配置工具也得到了越来越广泛的应用。然而,电力系统的普通用户对晦涩难懂的XML语法及层次复杂的61850模型难以理解和接受。从变电站的设计、工程、管理等几个环节来探讨如何在变电站SCL配置工具中实现可视化应用,如何让工具使用起来更加贴近普通用户的传统习惯、更加实用方便。

With the promotion and implementation of IEC 61850 based digital substation automation system-DSAS, the SCL configuration tool which is used from designing, engineering, building through to operating and maintenance, is playing a more and more important role. The tool is expected to mask the details of IEC 61850 series standards and provide the design and configuration functionality for DSAS just the same as for traditional substation in a conveniently and directly visual way. Aim at the implementation of visualizations in the tool for design, engineering and management of DSAS. The proposed tool fulfills the requirements of all different roles, such as ers all functions needed at different phase of building a DSAS from designers, engineering technician, managers etc, cov- planning through to maintenance.
