摘要
全面集成物流管理系统(TIMMS)是一个集光、机、电、信息技术于一体的系统工程,它以生产服务为核心,集成物流设备、调度监控、物流管理,实现企业生产物流的流程化、自动化、一体化,实时跟踪物流和信息流,提高整个企业供应链运作的透明性和流畅性。以山东中烟工业有限责任公司青州卷烟厂为例,针对卷烟厂物流配送的实际情况,对其全面集成物流管理系统的流程进行了详细的规划与设计。系统运行的实践表明,设计的全面集成物流管理系统的流程合理,提升了企业自动化管理水平。
Total Integrated Material Management System（TIMMS） is a set engineering system of optical,mechanical,electrical and information technology.The system is the core production services combining the integrated logistics and equipment,control and supervision,logistics management for the goals of production and logistics processes,automation,integration,real-time tracking of logistics and information flow to improve the operation of the entire supply chain transparency and fluency.Qingzhou Cigarette Factory,Tobacco Shandong Industrial Co.,Ltd was presented as a targeted cigarette factory logistics for the actual situation in this paper.The process of its automated logistics system was designed in the detailed planning.The results show that the process design was reasonable in the automated material handling system.The system improved automatic management level in the enterprise.
