The Design and Implementation on Data Acquisiton System of Digital City Management Based on Mobile Terminal

城市是区域政治、经济、文化和信息的发展中心,在国民经济中发挥中重要的作用。随着人们社会文明程度的提高,人们对城市管理的要求也越来越高。为克服传统城市管理数据采集方法的滞后性和低效性,设计开发了基于移动终端的数字城管数据采集系统,系统结合了GIS技术、GPS定位技术、无线通讯和数据库等技术。详细介绍了部件和事件的分类及软件开发的软硬件平台,实现了信息数据快速采集、上报、查看、定位等功能,降低了信息采集的成本、提高了信息资源的利用率。结果表明,该系统界面友好,操作方便,可扩展性较强。

The city is a development center area of politics,economy.culture and information,it plays an important role in the national economy,with the improvement of people＇s socila civilization,people have increasing requirements to the city management.In order to overcome the lag and inefficiency of traditional methods that city management data acquisition take,the article dedisned and developed a data acquisiton system of digital city management based on mobile terminal,this system combined with GIS,GPS,wireless communications and database technology,also it introduced the classification of componets and events and software development platform.It realized rapid data collection,reporting,view,positiion and other functions,which reduced the cost of information collection and improved the utilization of information resources.The results show that user friendly、convenient operation、scalability strong.
