合肥市区4～6岁儿童艾氏量表得分分析

Ananlysis on the Scores of CBCL in Preschool Children Aged 4～6 Years in Hefei City

[目的]了解合肥市区4～6岁学龄前儿童艾氏行为量表（CBCL）的得分特征。[方法]编制儿童心理行为状况父母问卷调查表，通过分层抽样对461名男童和431名女童进行调查。[结果]男童量表总分显著高于女童；单项得分中，男童有28项显著高于女童，6项显著低于女童；合肥市区男童忧郁、攻击两分量表划界分高于常模，女童分裂样焦虑、社会退缩两分量表高于常模。[结论]艾氏量表得分在性别间有明显差异，其中差异表现为男童以外向性行为为主，女童以内隐性行为为主，合肥市区得分高于常模有待探索。

Objective To study the characteristic of scores of child behavioral checklist(CBCL) among children aged 4~6 years in Hefei city. Methods Parents of 416 male children and 431 female children by stratificd sample were asked to fill in the children psychological and behavioral questionnaire. Results The total scores of CBCL in male were significantly higher than those of female; among single ltems of CBCL, the 28 items of which male's scores were higher than those of female, and the 6 items of which male's scores were lower than those of female; for the sub-scales of depression andinsult, the cutpoint scores of which male's scores in Hefei were higher than those of norm in China, also for sub-scales of anxiety and social withdrawal, the cut-point scores of which female's scores in Hefei were higher than those of norm in China.Conclusion There were significant difference on scores of CBCL between gender, such difference show the extraversion behavior in the male and intraversion behavior in the female, more studies may be performed on the reasons of the high cutpoint scores in some sub-scales.
