摘要
急性早幼粒白血病 (APL)患者染色体易位t(15 ;17) ,导致产生该病特异的融合基因PML -RARa ,由于PML外显子的使用差异而产生了融合基因异构体。该研究用生物素标记的cDNA探针原位杂交 ,分别检测PML -RARa异构体L型与S型患者骨髓细胞bcl- 2基因表达水平 ,同时比较临床特征及治疗相关预后 ,结果提示 ,PML-RARa二种转录本之间 ,在bcl- 2基因表达、临床特征、诱导缓解时间、复发方面均无显著差异。
The chromosomal translocation of t (15,17) gives rise to the specific fusional gene PML-RARa in acute promyelocytic leukemia. The different using expression of PML exon produces the fusional gene isomeride. The cDNA probe marked by biotin was used in this research to do in situ hybridization to separately check the expression level of bcl-2 gene in the patients of PML-RARa isomeride type L or S. And at the same time, compared the clinical characters and treated the related prognosis. The result shows the two types of PML-RARa have no significance difference in bcl-2 gene expression, clinical characters, remission time or relapse.
