摘要 通过碳氮共渗工艺试验,发现在控制齿轮热处理变形,提高齿轮的加工效率和经济效益又多了一个途径。按碳氮共渗工艺所加工的280B型柴油机传动齿轮热处理变形小,硬化层质量高,满足了高速重载对内燃机车柴油机传动齿轮的性能要求,而且经济效益好,为新产品开发提供了重要的工艺依据。最后对碳氮共渗渗层黑色组织的形成机理及预防进行分析,指出热处理工艺采取相应的措施是可以消除或减少黑色组织的。 Transmission gear of 280B type diesel engine treaded by gas carbonitriding process had better mechanical properties and met its working condition of quasi-high speed. In this paper it was considered the reason of black microstructures in the carbonitriding was that appetency between alloy elements and oxygen in the steel was greater than between matrix metal and oxygen. Black microstructure could be eliminated or deceased by choosing steel containing Ni Mo or taking some measures in the heat treatment technique.
