摘要
分析了覆冰、风灾、地震等自然灾害对电力系统正常运行的危害,揭露了危害的形成,提供了应对措施,也针对我国电力网在应对自然灾害时的不足进行了反思及总结。
This paper analyzes the ice cover, storm, natural disasters such as earthquakes to the normal operation of the power system harm to reveal the formation of harm, provides measures, also in view of China＇s power grid in dealing with the shortage of natural disaster reflection and summarization.
