摘要
以往的传动系统,主要是通过机械传动刚性联接装置实现对不同执行元件的同步控制。但如果执行元件之间的传动装置较大或者是相距较远,就需要采用非刚性联接传动的独立控制方式。文章首先对传动同步控制进行了简单介绍,然后详细地阐述了基于PLC控制的机械电气传动同步控制器的设计及控制结果。
The previous transmission system achieves the synchronization control on different components, mainly through the mechanical transmission rigid connection devices. But if it's large or far apart for the components of the transmission devices, you can use the independent control mode with non-rigid connection transmission. In the paper,the transmission synchronous control is simply introduced, then the design and control results of asynchronie controllers based on PLC control mechanical and electrical transmission are expounded in detail.
