摘要
针对传感器易受温度影响表现出非线性而造成测量精度低的问题,采用催化燃烧式瓦斯气体传感器MC116和温度传感器DS18B20设计了瓦斯自动探测仪,利用处理器ATmega128L作为控制核心,在数据处理阶段加入了非线性补偿,大大提高了测量精度。周围环境中的瓦斯浓度和温度等信息会实时显示在液晶屏1602上,并备份到存储器K9F5608中,一旦瓦斯浓度超标就发出声光报警,提醒工作人员及时撤离,避免矿难事故发生。
For the nonlinear and low accuracy of sensor caused by temperature, catalytic combustion gas sensor MC166 and temperature sensor DS18B20 are used to design an automatic gas detector, using processor ATmega128L as the eontrol core and adding nonlinear compensation in the stage of data processing to improve the measurement accuracy. The gas concentration and temperature of environment information can display on LCD screen 1602 in real time, and backup into memory K9F5608. Once the gas concentration exceeds the safety value, it will immediately send out sound and light alarm and remind workers of evacuating to avoid mine accidents.
