摘要
从雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)中分离到一个单体,经UV,IR,~1H-NMR,^(12)C-NMR 2INMR,FTMS/SCI,MS,X-射线衍射等分析及与雷藤素甲(triptolide)的化学关联试验,确定化学结构为雷藤氯内酯醇(tripchlorolide),是一种新的化合物。
A new compound named tripchlorolide was isolated from Total Glucosides (TⅡ) extracted from the woody part of the root of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook, f. Tripchlorolide (T4) was obtained as white needle-like crystals, mp 256 -258℃. Its molecular formula is C20H25O(?)Cl. The structure of T4 was elucidated on the basis of spectral (UV.IR.MS, FTMS/SCI/H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 1H-1H cosy, 13C-1H cosy) analyses, X-ray and chemical evidence.In preliminary pharmacologic assay, tripchlorolide showed definite anti-inflammatory actions and strong immunosuppressive and antifertilie activities, the potency of the latter being 100 times stronger than that of TⅡ .
