摘要
勘察工程建设市场竞争激烈,随着市场竞争机制的不断完善和规范,越来越多的勘察工程采取招投标形式发包工程建设任务,因此,工程投标是勘察企业获得勘察项目以求得生存与发展的主要手段和方式。文章在前人工作的基础上,结合自己的工作实践,从多方面对勘察工程的投标策略、影响投标报价的因素和报价技巧进行了定性分析和总结。通过采用适当的投标策略和报价技巧,提高投标中标率,保证勘察企业合理的利润和在市场中的竞争地位,取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。
The market competition of investigation engineering is intense. With the continual improvement and standard of mar-ket competition mechanism, more and more investigation projects are contracted by bidding. Therefore it is the main method of survival and development for investigation enterprise to obtain projects by bidding. On the basis of the predecessors' work, combining with the author' s work experience,the bidding strategy,the influencing price factor and the quotation skill of investigation engineering is ana-lysed and summarized. By appropriate strategy and quotation skill, the probability of winning bidding is improved, and the reasonable profit and the market competition status are ensured. Therefore investigation enterprise gains better economic and social benefit.
