企业创业导向与组织绩效关系的调节变量研究

Study on Adjusting Variable between Entrepreneurial Orientation of Enterprises and Organizational Performance

企业创业导向与组织绩效关系的研究是目前公司创业领域中最受关注的议题,而不同研究发现创业导向对组织绩效的作用并不一致。在梳理前人研究成果的基础上,对影响企业创业导向与组织绩效关系的调节变量种类及其作用进行了归纳和总结,指出了目前相关研究的不足,并提出未来研究的方向。

The relationship between entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises and organizational performance is the most predominant research agenda in the field of corporate entrepreneurship. However, there are no consistent research conclu- sions on the relationship among different studies. Based on the previous research results, the paper synthetically analyzes and summarizes the mainly adjusting variable and their adjusting effects between entrepreneurial orientation of enterprisesand organizational performance. Then, the paper puts forward the shortages of the current studies about the adjusting var- iable. At last, the paper gives out the future orientations to study these issues.
