摘要 当应力比R=-1时,对称恒幅循环载荷控制下,对切口试件进行轴向拉压疲劳试验,得到不同切口深度和切口角度时试件的疲劳寿命,在双对数坐标上确定S—N曲线,并拟合出指数表达式。从试验结果可以看出,当切口深度一定时,试件寿命随着应力的加大而减小;切口越深,试件的寿命越小,试件寿命减小的速度随着应力幅的增大而减小;切口角度在30°~60°时,其对试件寿命无影响。 Different depths are cut in the smooth specimen.When the stress ratio R=-1 and the loading amplitude is symmetry and constant,the axial tension and compression fatigue tests is conducted.The life of specimens can be got when depth and incision angle are different.The S—N curve can be fitted in the bi-logarithm coordinates.When incision depth is constant value,the life of specimens decrease with the stress increasing.In addition,a deeper incision could lead to shorter life of specimen and the relationship between the notch depth and life is nearly linear.When the incision angle is between 30° and 60°,it has no effect on the service life
