摘要 调查显示,近年来在促进中小学教师专业成长策略方面所倡导的教师"自我反思"策略,在实践中仍存在着推进中的强制性和操作中的模糊性等诸多影响和制约其有效性的问题。为此,我们必须要重新思考和回答教师的教学反思究竟"为什么"、"做什么"和"怎么做"的问题,应从完善学校相关机制入手,进一步拓展、调整教师的教学反思视阈和反思策略,力促教师养成自觉、自主进行自我反思的意识和习惯,才能不断提高教师教学反思的有效性。 According to the research, ~self reflection" strategy, which is advocated on the professional development of primary and middle school teachers these years, still exists some problems in practice. Such problems as compulsory in implementation and blurring in operation affect and restrict the effectiveness of it. So we must rethink and answer the problems that why should we carry out teaching reflection and what and how we should do. We must start from perfecting relevant mechanism to further expand and adjust both teacher' visual threshold of teaching reflection and the reflection strategy of teachers. We must try to make teachers form the consciousness and habit of carrying out self refection self - consciously and independently. Only by this can we improve the effectiveness of teaching reflection constantly.
