The Finance and Economic Work During Liberal War in North-China Liberal Area

解放战争时期 ,随着解放区的不断扩大 ,其财政经济工作逐步由分散走向统一。本文通过对华北解放区几次财经工作会议的回顾 ,展现出当时在战争紧张情况下 ,解放区的财经工作 。

During the period of liberal war, especially with the incessant expanding of liberal area,its finance and economic work did from imperfection to perfection gradually. By reviewing several finance and economic meetings held in North-China at that time, this paper discusses the finance and economic situation in liberal area, especially the situation of how to formulate and carry out the monitory policy under such tense condition of liberal war.
