The generation of multi campuses libraries originates from the development of universities. An efficient operating mecha nism is the guarantee to improve the library services. Based on the survey and analysis of the users information behavior, this paper brings the countermeasures for the multi campuses libraries constructions such as clearing the orientations of libraries, optimizing the configuration of information resources, perfecting the virtual platform of online information literacy education and so on. 4 refs.
